About
The show focuses on Ned, a piemaker with the ability to make the dead briefly live again. It’s a gift that he puts in good use to help a private investigator friend, Emerson Cod, solve murders. However, when he uses this gift on his childhood sweetheart, Charlotte “Chuck” Charles, he then learns something new about said gift - if he touches her again, she’ll die, and stay dead.
The show features actor Lee Pace in the central role of Ned. The series reunites Pace with creator Fuller; the two worked together on the critically acclaimed series Wonderfalls.
